Welcome, future clients and collaborators!
I’m Laura — a thoughtful, conceptual designer who balances the big-picture with the nitty gritty. I believe in pushing every project to the next-level, because good enough, well, isn't good enough. I will always choose curiosity over ego, deadlines over distractions, and collaboration over credit. Speaking your language? Let's get crackin'!
The process
Gaining a thorough understanding of the project
Before I start creating, I start listening. We’ll talk through what’s worked, what hasn’t, who we’re speaking to, and what success looks like. I’ll pair that with market and competitor research to make sure every creative choice has purpose behind it. With the fundamentals in focus, creative ideas begin to unfold.
Turning goals and research into concrete design
Next comes exploration. I turn over every stone to uncover fresh ideas and unexpected angles. From there, I balance color, typography, layout, and imagery to craft pieces that communicate with clarity and character.
Revising creative until it’s the best it can be
We’ll review the creative draft together, talk through what’s working and what can be improved, then I’ll fine-tune the details until everything feels just right.
This is a collaborative process where different perspectives have a voice. The work is complete when we all love it.
